Who we are
This website is operated by Trevona Ltd, a company registered in the Isle of Man (“Trevona”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of personal data processed through this website. We process personal data in line with the Data Protection (Application of GDPR) Order 2018 of the Isle of Man and, where it applies, the EU and UK GDPR.
What we collect
This website is informational. We collect only the following:
- Correspondence. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, organisation and whatever you choose to include in your message.
- Technical data. Our hosting and security provider processes IP addresses, browser type and request logs to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. We do not use this data to profile visitors.
This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and evaluate potential partnerships (our legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
- To keep this website secure and available (our legitimate interests).
- To meet legal, regulatory and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers acting on our instructions, such as hosting, email and security providers, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside the Isle of Man. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Retention
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and in any case no longer than the law requires. Security logs are kept for a short, limited period.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing or request portability. To exercise these rights, email partners@trevona.io. You may also complain to the Isle of Man Information Commissioner.
